From the start, our goal has been simple: to offer an affordable venue in Missouri with pricing that feels doable. A decor closet full of curated pieces helps stretch your budget even further, so you can spend wisely on what matters most to you… like an incredible meal, a photographer you love, or the dress that feels just right.
Your day should feel joyful, not stressful. Be comfortable, not complicated. So we’ve designed every detail with your dreams (and your budget) in mind.

All wedding packages include:
access to indoor & outdoor spaces so you and your guests can celebrate fully
a dedicated team to handle the moving parts behind the scenes with day-of coordination
setup and teardown, taken care of by us!
use of our curated decor closet to help you personalize your space without extra spending
tables, linens & chairs - all ready when you arrive
a calm, cozy bridal suite to prepare in and return to, complete with a one-night stay on us

micro-wedding pricing & packages
Designed for events with 60 people or less, our micro-weddings include:
private access to the venue from 9:30am–10pm, so your day is fully your own
access to the indoor or outdoor ceremony space for your meaningful moments
a no-stress way to decorate without the stress of sourcing it all yourself with access to our curated decor closet
tables, linens, and white resin chairs all set up ahead of time, with no heavy lifting for you & your party
a dedicated coordination team to guide the flow of your day and handle everything behind-the-scenes
setup and teardown fully managed by us, so you can stay present from start to finish
a calm, cozy bridal suite to get ready in and wind down afterward - with an overnight stay included for the two of you

small event pricing & packages
Small events at Shepherd’s Hollow begin at a $400 investment and include the following:
access to Shepherd’s Hollow for a duration of 5 hours. Remember to account for time to set up and teardown, and choose how you wish to use your timeslot!
use of our lovely photo backdrops, including a pink & white flower wall, wooden slat backdrop, and white flower wall
furniture and accessories including white or black table linens, wooden table toppers, round and rectangle tables, and white resin chairs
You’re welcome to bring:
Water, soft drinks, and outside food (as long as it doesn’t require an open flame). Refrigeration is available during your event.
Food trucks (just let us know in advance!)
Centerpieces and freestanding décor that reflect your style
To keep things safe and smooth, we ask that you avoid:
Open-flame candles (flameless options are welcome)
Confetti, glitter, or anything that could damage the space (like wall hangings or graffiti)
